1. Service
QuietMail is a subscription service that filters unwanted email from the email inboxes you connect, according to rules you configure. You must have the right to connect and manage each inbox you add.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use QuietMail. The Free plan covers one inbox with a monthly allowance of AI calls; filtering every message requires a paid subscription, which needs a payment method and is billed from the moment you subscribe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which disconnects all inboxes, deletes your stored data, and cancels any active subscription (see our Privacy Policy for details).
3. Subscriptions & cancellation
Plans are billed monthly or annually and differ by how many inboxes you can connect and filter: Solo (1 inbox), Trio (3 inboxes), and Plenty (20 inboxes). Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, is the seller on these payments — it appears on your card statement and collects and remits any sales tax or VAT due. If you have more connected inboxes than your plan allows, only the oldest ones up to your limit are filtered until you upgrade or disconnect one. You can cancel at any time from your billing page (via the Dodo Payments customer portal); access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use QuietMail to violate laws, third-party rights, or the terms of your email provider (such as Google, Microsoft or Zoho), or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Disclaimer & liability
QuietMail acts on your mailbox according to the rules you set. Actions such as moving mail to trash are performed as configured; trashed messages remain recoverable for as long as your email provider keeps them (about 30 days in Gmail). The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.
